Outdoor Pilates 

Sarah offers private fitness training outdoors on her home Pilates equipment in her lush Saratoga backyard.  Pilates equipment includes reformer, chairs, spine corrector, BOSU, foam roller, props such as balls, magic circle, Yamuna footwakers. She also offers clients time on her 13ft outdoor Trampoline. Masks are required. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Prenatal and postpartum exercises available.
